Dementsprechend sportlich geprägt verlief eigentlich mein gesamtes Leben. Angefangen als Kleinkind mit dem Mutter-Kind-Turnen, ging es weiter mit Geräte-und Schauturnen, dann kam das Sportgymnasium. Mit 17 Jahren übernahm ich die sportliche Betreuung meiner ersten Kinder- und Jugendgruppen in Wien. Auch neben meiner Ausbildung zur medizinisch-technischen Fachkraft fürs Labor, war es mir ein Anliegen, Kindern und Jugendlichen den Spaß und die Leidenschaft des Sportes zu vermitteln. So verbrachte ich viele Stunden im Turnsaal. Nach meinem Umzug nach Kittsee und der Familiengründung war es eine logische Konsequenz für mich, dass ich neben meiner Arbeit im örtlichen Krankenhaus eine Hopsi-Hopper-Turngruppe für Kinder leitete und wenig später eine wöchentliche Aerobiceinheit.
Mein Rücken hat seit Jugendtagen leider eine eigene Geschichte und daher weiß ich, was es heißt, Rückenschmerzen zu haben. So machte ich 2014 eine Ausbildung zur Diplomierten Rückentrainerin.[read more] Ungeachtet dessen und wohl auch, weil man sich im Laufe des Lebens leider nicht nur gesunde Sichtweisen und Lebensweisen aneignet, erlitt ich 2016 einen Bandscheibenvorfall. Aber alles Negative hat auch eine positive Seite. So begann ich, in meiner „unbeweglichen“ Situation, in der ich mich zwangsweise befand, viel über meinen Körper, meinen Rücken und meine Lebensweise nachzudenken und zu reflektieren. Seither hat sich viel verändert, ich lernte wieder auf meinen Körper zu hören und mich auf jenes zu konzentrieren was ich kann und aus Leidenschaft gerne weiter geben möchte.

Aus dieser Selbsterfahrung heraus rührt auch mein Engagement für das Rückentraining unter dem Motto „Keiner muss auf einen starken Rücken verzichten und mit Rückenschmerzen leben“.[/read]
